The Congress leaders would put this proposal before the other leaders of the front as soon as the alliance is officially formed. The new name would be an- nounced at the time of the declaration of the alliance. Several Congress leaders are strongly opining that Mahakutami may not bring luck to the alliance as happened in the elections of 2009. Telugu Desam, Telangana Rashtra Samiti and other parties have formed a grand alliance in 2009 against the Congress and named it as Mahakutami.
