The maverick corporator once again is in the limelight when he fell on the feet of an RTA officer pleading with him to stop heavy weight tippers from plying on roads, here on Monday. Even as he fell on the feet of the officer, the latter tried to stop him but to no avail. A surprised passersby were seen laughing and within no time, the photo went viral. It may be noted that Tirumala Reddy in the month of July, sat in a pond to protest and attract the attention of officials against the delay in cleaning the area. Ramayampet and Medak registered a heavy rainfall of 7 and 6 cm respectively, according to the Met department bulletin. Ibrahimpatnamin Ranga Reddy district recorded 4 cm of rain. There was 2 cm rain each in Medchal (Ranga Reddy), Hakimpet IAF station (Malkajgiri), Dubbak (Siddipet), Shamirpet (Malkajgiri), Chevella (RR), Sangareddy and Yacharam (RR). There was 1 cm rain each in Mominpet (Vikarabad), Manchal (Malkajgiri), Saroornagar), Maheswaram (both in RR), Kodangal (Vikarabad) and Bejjanki (Siddipet).
