S Report: P2 Apex Court to hear sack plea against CJI New Delhi: The Supreme Court has formed a Constitution Bench to hear the petition filed by two Congress MPs seeking initiation of impeachment proceedings against Chief Justice Dipak Misra. The list of business for the Supreme Court showed that the petition would be heard at 10.30 am on Tuesday by a five-judge bench comprising Justices A K Sikri, S A Bobde, N V Ramana, Arun Mishra and A K Goel. This sudden development comes after the matter was mentioned on Monday before Justice Jasti Chelameswar. The petitioners had not mentioned the matter before the CJI since the case is against him. In the notice, Siddaramaiah's lawyer cited instances of political advertisements published by the BJP and speeches delivered by Modi during election rallies and accused the saffron party of promoting a "false" and "defamatory" propaganda against his client. Hyperloop suggests two routes on Vij-Amaravati BUSINESS BUREAU Hyderabad: The US-based Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) has suggested the AP government on two alternative routes between Amaravati and Vijayawada as part of the proposed 700-km hyperloop transport system connecting Anantapur-Amaravati-Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam in the state. The entire hyperloop project will be developed in three phases. HyperloopTT presented a pre-feasibility route study to officials from the state Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) and other nodal state departments in Vijayawada on Monday. It has prepared the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies in association with Aarvee Associates of Hyderabad. In phase I & II, a commercial hyperloop system between Amaravati and Vijayawada will come up, while in Phase-III, a commercial hyperloop system covering either northern or southern section of the vision corridor connecting Anantapur-Amaravati-Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam will be The 700 km-long Hyperloop transportation system proposed in AP would connect AnantapurAmaravati-Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam built. The second and third phases are interchangeable and can be implemented at the same time, according to a release from the company.
