Kogan had established Global Science Research (GSR), which was granted access to Twitter data. The academic said the information had only been used to create "brand reports" and "survey extender tools" and that he had not violated Twitter's policies. Kogan bought tweets, usernames, photos, proﬁle pictures and location data from Twitter NITI to come out with development agenda New Delhi: NITI Aayog will soon come out with a development agenda for ‘New India 2022’, which will spell out strategy for expediting economic growth, its vice chairman Rajiv Kumar said on Monday. Kumar said the NITI Aayog will start working on a 15-year vision document after ﬁnalising the development agenda document for ‘New India 2022’. “The NITI Aayog is committed to bringing out a vision document and a strategy framework as originally man- dated. The work on the strategy document is on advanced stage and will most likely be titled Development Agenda document for New India 2022. “And once this document has been completed and put in public domain, the work on preparing 15-year vision till 2030 will start,” he said. NITI Aayog had earlier planned to come out with three documents: 3-year action agenda, 7-year medium-term strategy paper and 15-year vision document. The lawmakers asserted that the existing H-4 rule was a matter of both economic competitiveness and maintaining family unity. “The H-4 rule lessened the burden on thousands of H1-B recipients and their families while they transition from non-immigrants to lawful permanent resi- spoilsport. A battery of TDP leaders were seated on the dais as Naidu kept pummelling the BJP at the Centre. Naidu, in his long address, covered the entire gamut of how the BJP had let down AP and how it was encouraging parties bereft of values to scuttle the Telugu Desam Party as soon as it began questioning why the BJP was not doing what it was supposed to as per the constitution.
